CyberCamp Classroom Assignments and Locations

Students are assigned to a Pitt campus classroom location and should be dropped off and picked up from that location each day (with the exception of pick up at the William Pitt Union [3959 Fifth Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15260] on Monday and Friday at 1:00 PM). 

Students should arrive at their assigned classroom and be logged into their computer by 9:00 AM each day and picked up at 1:00 PM. 

Attending students will be notified by email of their assigned computing lab location the week before camp. Please check spam/junk if you have not received an email.

Standard Camp Classrooms

The University of Pittsburgh offers an interactive campus map with all building locations. If you are attending the Standard Camp, you will be in one of the following locations:

  • Benedum 229

    • 3700 O'Hara Street

    • Students can be dropped off at the O'Hara Street Entrance

    • Take the stairs down to the glass doors. Enter the doors and make a right down the hall. Elevators will be on the right. Take the elevators to the 2nd floor. Follow signs for 229.

  • Benedum 319

    • 3700 O'Hara Street

    • Students can be dropped off at the O'Hara Street entrance

    • Take the stairs down to the glass doors. Enter the doors and make a right down the hall. Elevators will be on the right. Take the elevators to the 3rd floor. Exit the elevators to the left and the classroom will be on the left. 

  • Cathedral of Learning | G17 (ground floor)

    • 4200 Fifth Avenue **drop off/pick up on the Bigelow Blvd side for easiest access to the ground floor**

    • Come in the doors and turn right. Make your next left and the lab will be down the hall on the left. 

Advanced Camp Classroom

If you are attending the Advanced Camp, you will be located in Gardner Steel Building 138 at 130 Thackeray Avenue. Students can be dropped off on O'Hara Street for easiest access. Look for a CyberCamp drop-off sign.

Enter the doors, walk up the stairs and make a left. Make another slight left toward the large yellow wall and into GSCC 138.

CyberCamp staff will be there to help direct students. 

Advanced 2.0 Classroom

If you are attending the Advanced 2.0 Camp, you will be located in Cathedral G62 (ground floor). 

  • 4200 Fifth Avenue **drop off/pick up on the Bigelow Blvd side for easiest access to the ground floor**
  • Come in the doors and turn left. Make your next right and the lab will be on your right.
