The Blue Ribbon Commission on Pennsylvania’s Election Security spent much of 2018 studying Pennsylvania’s election security preparedness. The final report is now available. The commission previously issued interim recommendations on voting systems in September 2018. Co-chairs David Hickton and Paul McNulty also submitted written testimony to Pennsylvania General Assembly Committees.
